City of Winthrop Seeks Proposals for New Integrated Speaker System at City Hall
Winthrop, MN — The City of Winthrop is seeking proposals from qualified companies to design and install an integrated speaker system for the community meeting space located on the second floor of City Hall at 305 N Main Street, Winthrop, Minnesota.
The City is pursuing this project to improve sound quality during public meetings and community gatherings, particularly in areas where air conditioning and other background noise can make it difficult for residents to hear. The new system will help ensure that all attendees can clearly hear discussions and presentations held in the room.
The project space is approximately 3,200 square feet, and the system will be designed for clear, even sound coverage throughout the area. The City is encouraging interested and experienced audio/visual contractors to submit proposals detailing their design approach, equipment specifications, and installation plans.
