Upstairs rental - Winthrop community room
This form is for the rental of the City Hall Community Room, located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall at 305 N Main St.
Individuals wishing to rent this space must pick up keys during normal City Hall business hours. Staff will not be available to unlock the building for your event and will not make additional trips outside of regular hours. It is your responsibility to ensure that keys are picked up in advance in order to access the building.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited at City Hall.
Renters are responsible for the room and will be charged for damages to property.
- Rental Rates Non-Profit Rate: $10 per hour
- Up to 4 Hours: $30 per hour
- Over 4 Hours: $150 per day

This room is used for official government business. If an emergency meeting is called, your organization will be contacted to reschedule. Although it happens very infrequently, sometimes the mayor or council will call an emergency meeting and that will take precedence over any other event scheduled. We will make every effort to notify you in advance and work through scheduling conflicts.
