To receive a full copy of any of the meeting agendas please send an e-mail to administrator@winthropmn.gov with the meeting date you are requesting.
The Mayor recognizes the need for public comment. If you wish to have something addressed during a council meeting, please call or stop into city hall for direction. Video recordings of the meetings can be found on the City’s YouTube Page.
City council meetings are the 1st Monday of the month at 7PM, unless specified below.
The following are the regularly scheduled 2026 meeting dates:

Minutes
City Council minutes can not be posted until they are approved by the City Council. Example: January 2024 minutes will not be available until approved at the February 2024 council meeting.
